Students will learn various ways to solve word problems by a multi-step process.
Writing
Students will do various forms of writing in reading (answering questions appropriately, using semantic "webs", sentence and paragraph writing in language arts, writing to explain in mathematics, creative writing (acrostics), and journal writing daily.
